Ingredients

50g chicken heart
50g chicken gizzard
50g chicken sausage
Three cloved garlic
1 / 2 tsp salt
2 celeries

1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
20 Chinese prickly ash

Directions

Step 1
Wash chicken offal and cut into small pieces

Cut the peppers into small sections, slice the garlic and mince the ginger

Cut the onion into pieces

Wash celery and cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan, stir fry pepper over low heat until fragrant. Stir fry garlic slices and ginger until fragrant. Then saute chicken giblets with wine until chicken gizzards are rolled into flower shape. Set aside

Step 6
Leave the oil in the pan, add the pepper and onion and stir fry

Stir fry with soy sauce
