There is a Hong Kong style restaurant near here, which features all kinds of roast fast food. Sometimes when it’s too late to cook outside, one person will go there to eat a fast food. The barbecued pork and roast duck are my favorite. It’s the first time that I’ve made my own barbecue. I found that it’s not difficult, and the taste is not worse than that outside. 200g plum meat
3 tbsp barbecue sauce
10g honey
Three cloved garlic
1 / 2 tsp peanut oil

After the plum meat is cleaned, put it in the container and add the barbecue sauce

Add minced garlic, mix well and marinate in refrigerator for half a day

Put the cured meat in the baking tray (with tin foil underneath)

Put it in the oven (preheat the oven in advance) and bake at 190 ℃ for 20 minutes

Then take it out and coat it with a mixture of bee and peanut oil. Return to the oven and bake for 8 minutes
