Ingredients

550G pork (leg)
35g barbecue sauce
10g chives
15g ginger
25g honey

Directions

Step 1
Slice ginger, cut chives, wash pork and barbecue sauce

Put the pork into a basin and add 35g barbecue sauce

Add ginger slices and scallions, and grasp well with your hands

In order to make it convenient to take it out and turn it over, I directly put it into the pot with a fresh-keeping bag and let it stand for 24 hours (because of the cold weather and low temperature, I placed it at room temperature for 24 hours and turned it over three times halfway)

Take out the cured pork and put it on the drying rack to drain the surface water slightly (some water will be pickled during the curing process)

Mix honey and boiling water 3:1

Preheat the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, change it to 190 ℃, heat the upper and lower tubes, and bake for 20 minutes (I also swept the honey water halfway)

After 20 minutes for the second time, take out and turn over, then sweep a layer of honey water, change it to 200 degrees in the oven, bake it for 10-15 minutes, and then take out and sweep the honey water again after baking
