300g plum meat
4 tbsp barbecue sauce
30 ml honey
2 pieces of garlic
3 slices of ginger
A little scallion
1 teaspoon olive oil

Wash the meat, cut the scallion into sections, slice the ginger and garlic

Divide the meat into several pieces, each about 2cm thick

Put the meat into a bowl, add onion, ginger and garlic, put 3 tbsp BBQ sauce, mix well and marinate for 24 hours

Spread tin foil on the air pan and put the meat in medium heat for 60 minutes

Take out onion, ginger and garlic, put olive oil, honey and 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce into the remaining marinade in the bowl and mix well
