Homemade Mapo Tofu
Friends don’t eat spicy food, so they use less bean paste and don’t add chili noodles
Ingredients
400g tofu50g minced meat
A little scallion
A spoonful of bean paste
A little minced garlic

Cut tofu into pieces and blanch in water. Add salt to the water and cook for two minutes
