It takes a lot of materials and spices to make salt baked chicken. I don’t like many seasonings in my daily cooking. I only have onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and pepper at home. I wanted to try again, so I created this simple home version of salt baked chicken


2 chicken thighs
10g green beans
2 bags of salt
5g ginger
5g garlic
5g scallion
2 g black pepper
10g cooking wine
10 g wine
3 G large material


Step 1
Wash the chicken legs and put them into a container. Add cooking wine, wine, green onion, ginger, garlic and black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes

Step 2
Take out the chicken leg, remove the bone, grasp with starch, or take the bone, remove the bone in order to save some salt

Step 3
Put it on the oil paper and wrap it tightly

Wrapped chicken leg

Step 5
Stir fry the chicken legs with big salt and big ingredients. After some discoloration, bury the wrapped chicken legs in it. Change the medium and low heat for 30 minutes. Don't rush to take them out after turning off the heat. Take them out after 15 minutes

Step 6
Peel off the oil paper, tear open the plate and put in the boiled green beans for decoration
