Home style pickled duck
This is a private dish, which is now sent out to share with you. It can be cooked and enjoyed by the elders during the Spring Festival.
Ingredients
2 duck legs3 shallots
1 ginger
2 octagons
1 cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 g salt
Directions
Step 1
Boil the duck legs in cold water and then wash them. Wipe the water with kitchen paper towel and set aside

Cut scallion into sections and ginger into slices

Heat the oil in the pot

Stir in scallion and ginger to make it fragrant

Fry the duck legs until slightly yellow, then turn over and fry

Put all seasonings and duck legs in another pot. Add a bowl of water and marinate over medium low heat for 30 minutes
