A few days ago, I bought two ribs with a lot of meat on them. I felt that there was too much meat on the ribs. It was not delicious, so I took down the meat. There were green and red peppers at home, so I’d better stir fry the meat with pepper.

Ingredients

200g pork
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
5 garlic seedlings
A little ginger
Moderate salt
Proper amount of edible oil
Proper amount of soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Chop the pork from the ribs, a little salt, a little soy sauce and a little oil for a while. Just a little. I'll add seasoning when I fry it later. If it feels too dry, you can add a little water or cooking wine, and then pour oil after grasping well. Oil locks in moisture and keeps meat fresh and tender.

Step 2
Wash the green pepper, red pepper and green garlic, dry the water and cut the slant section.

Cut some ginger.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and dry fry the green and red peppers first.

Then pour in the garlic sprouts and stir fry until it's broken.

Set aside the pepper and garlic. Stir fry pepper and garlic sprouts first to look good and keep the taste crisp. If it's too much trouble, you can fry it later.

Step 7
Add more oil to the pan, saute the ginger first, and then pour in the shredded meat. Stir fry the shredded pork until it changes color. Add half a bowl of boiling water, soy sauce and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 8
When the shredded meat is almost cooked, pour in the pepper and garlic, and stir fry for two minutes.

Step 9
Just load the plate at last.
