I was going to cook fish in water, but the store made a mistake and chopped it into pieces, so I directly installed my own method to make pickled fish.

Ingredients

Half a catty of sauerkraut
1 grass carp
A little ginger
A little scallion
A little cooking wine
A little white pepper
A little refined salt
A little peanut oil
A little cornstarch
10 ml white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Wash the fish and marinate with salt and cooking wine.

Step 2
Wash the pickles and cut them well.

Step 3
Slice garlic and shred ginger. Cut green pepper and red pepper into sections.

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan, drain the salted fish in front of it, and sprinkle proper amount of starch on it, so that the whole body of the fish is covered with starch. Fry until golden brown, then turn over.

Step 5
The fried fish come out for use.

Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic, shredded ginger and pepper and stir fry until fragrant. Then add sauerkraut to stir fry, and finally add pepper.

Step 7
Saute sauerkraut well, put some white vinegar, then put in the fried fish, sprinkle some white pepper on it, add some hot water to stew. Stew the water to dryness, add the right amount of chicken essence, and then out of the pot.
