It’s an essential dish on the table in summer. It’s cool and smooth. You can make a large plate for a few cents
Ingredients
Half a bowl of corn starchHalf root cucumber
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons aged vinegar
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Proper amount of salt
Half a spoonful of sesame oil
2 tablespoons chili oil
Directions
Step 1
Mix starch and water 1:1 to make a paste
Step 2
Pour 4 equal parts of water into the pot, bring to a boil, pour in the batter, cook over low heat and stir until transparent and viscous

Brush the container with a layer of edible oil, pour in the boiled paste and let it cool (after the temperature drops, it can be put in the refrigerator for refrigeration, which tastes better)

After solidification, take out and cut into strips, and shred the cucumber
