Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup with Beef

Ingredients

1 tomato sauce
200g noodles
3G salt

Directions

Step 1
I use fresh noodles from the supermarket

Step 2
Cook noodles with hot water

Step 3
Take out the noodles and put them in a cold basin. I use mineral water

Step 4
Saute the scallions with hot oil in a hot pot, stir fry the tomatoes and salt until soft, then add the sliced beef and some water and simmer for 30 minutes

Step 5
Cook until the soup is thick

Step 6
In a bowl, remove noodles, add tomato and beef and mix well
