Hand made pizza

8 mushrooms
Appropriate amount of salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Proper amount of sugar
Pepper in moderation

Step 1
Put dry yeast into warm water and wait for 5 minutes; While waiting, put flour, salt and sugar in the container. Make a small nest in the middle of the flour, pour a large spoon of olive oil, then pour the yeast water, and knead into dough. If there is too much water, add some noodles. On the contrary, if the noodles are too dry, add some water. The softer the pizza, the better.

Step 2
Put a little olive oil on the inside of the container, and the dough will not stick. Cover the container, or put a wet towel on it, and let it out for 1.5 hours (or until the dough expands twice).

Step 3
When making noodles, you can prepare the ingredients. Put 1 spoonful of olive oil in the pot and heat it. Add onion and stir fry for two minutes. Add mushroom and half dried tomato. Stir fry until the water is almost dry. Add some salt and leave the pot.

Step 4
The cherry tomatoes are flattened by hand (it's natural, it's hand-made). Put them in a small plate, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, add the remaining dried tomatoes, add a pile of crushed basil, and twist the flavor of these materials into the olive oil with the back of the spoon. Put it aside.

Step 5
Knead the dough for two minutes, then knead for 20 minutes. Divide the noodles into several portions. If you are a girl, you should be able to make four pizzas for personal use. I actually made two, and the rest was baked.

Step 6
Knead the dough and slowly pull it into a round cake. If the dough is too sticky, use a little dry flour. Cover with a wet towel in the shelter for 10 minutes. Then heat two non stick pans, add a little oil, put the cake on medium heat, wait until the cake bulges slightly, turn over, change to medium heat, bake for one minute, add a few drops of warm water to the pan, cover and bake for two minutes.

Step 7
When the cake is almost baked, turn it over, put the ingredients (at this time, the onion and mushroom may come out of the water, it doesn't matter, they all pour on the cake), put the cheese, cover it and bake for 1 to 2 minutes. Open the lid and bake over low heat until the cheese melts. Just sprinkle some freshly ground pepper before eating. The rest of the noodles will be processed in the same way.
