This barbecued pork is a little sweet. It’s a wonderful platter with the sauce meat made by grandma. The first time I did it, I ate it all up. It’s very face saving.


250g pork fillet
2 scallions
2 slices of ginger
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp barbecued sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 / 2 scoop of soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 / 2 tsp sugar


Step 1
Wash and dry the pork and cut it into strips

Wash onion, ginger and garlic, cut onion and ginger into sections, and cut garlic into small pieces

Take a clean container, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, as well as barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce and sugar to make sauce

Put the pork into the sauce, mix well, make each piece of meat covered with sauce, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 hours, during which you can turn the pork to make it taste even (the marinating time depends on the size of the meat and personal taste, too long marinating is easy to be too salty)

Take out the pickled meat, select the onion, ginger and garlic, drizzle the sauce slightly, put it on the baking net, and brush each side with a layer of honey. After the oven is preheated at 180 degrees, the lower layer is covered with tin foil baking plate, and the middle layer is covered with meat baking net. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes before taking out

Brush the pickled sauce on each side of the meat, then brush a layer of honey, turn over and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then take out and brush another layer of honey, and finally bake for 10 minutes (the baking time is adjusted according to the size of the meat)
