I always like to eat barbecued pork bun. This time I tried the method of barbecued pork. I feel it’s really delicious
3 tbsp barbecue sauce
A spoonful of soy sauce
A little starch
A spoonful of cooking wine
Appropriate amount of mashed garlic
Proper amount of minced ginger
Step 1Wash the meat and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2Marinate pork with barbecue sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce and minced garlic. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 day. It will taste better. You can take it out and stir it.
Step 3Take out the cured meat, preheat the oven to 220 ℃ (5 minutes), put the meat on the baking net, put it in the middle of the oven, put a baking plate under the baking net, and lay tin foil on the baking plate to make use of the gravy dripping from the baking process.
