When I was a child, when I was busy with farming, my family could not spare people to prepare lunch carefully, so I could only use this convenient and quick method. This delicacy also becomes part of the memory of the hour.

Step 1Prepare materials, sausage, mushrooms, vegetables, tangerine peel, rice
Step 2Soak rice in water for 2 hours, dice scallion, slice sausage, soak mushrooms in warm water for a while, soak tangerine peel in warm water and dice.
Step 3Bring the water to a boil, add oil and salt, blanch the vegetables in the water once (it doesn't take long) and set aside. Mix dried tangerine peel with rice and cook for 8 minutes. Turn to low heat. Put mushrooms and sausage into the pot, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4In the process of stewing rice to prepare sauce, sugar half a spoonful, soy sauce a spoonful, oyster sauce a spoonful, water two spoonfuls, stir evenly.
Step 5Lay eggs (duck eggs, taste better) cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the freshly Scalded Vegetables, then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with scallions. You can start eating.
