Chencun powder, produced in Chencun Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, has a history of nearly 80 years. In 1927, Huang Dan, a native of Chencun, Shunde, created a kind of rice noodles characterized by thin, crisp, smooth and soft, which became famous and was known locally as “fandan (Dan)”. After that, they sent the powder to other places, and the outsiders named it “Chen Village powder”. Due to the fine production, the output of Chencun flour is not high, and it can only produce a few hundred jin of flour a day, so it is particularly “expensive”, and it is not easy for outsiders to enjoy this delicious food. Compared with the old snack Shahe powder, Chencun powder is a rising star. There are more than ten processes for making Chencun powder, and there are secrets in all processes. For example, it takes half a year for new rice to be used, and the powder is not cool; Washing rice is also particular. You have to rub the rice in the basin for more than ten minutes, and then soak it for more than 30 minutes. Even the stone mill for grinding rice has to use special stone. 200g Chencun powder
80g lean meat
1 / 2 carrot
50g soybean sprouts
2 slices of lettuce
1 shallot
