Fresh and tender vegetables, white and tender tofu. It’s just a random stew. It tastes delicious!

Ingredients

4 rape seeds
A box of white jade tofu
A bunch of Longkou fans
A clove of garlic
5 ml oil
20G salt
2G MSG
1 chive
1 ml sesame oil
1 g pepper

Directions

Step 1
Wash fresh rape, a box of white jade tofu and a bunch of vermicelli.

Step 2
Take the tofu out of the box and cut it into large pieces.

Step 3
The rape is separated and washed.

Step 4
Heat the frying pan with oil, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Step 5
Add rape and stir fry. Add appropriate amount of water and salt.

Step 6
Put in the vermicelli and bring to a boil.

Step 7
Put in the bean curd and cook for 5 minutes. Add MSG and turn off the heat.

Step 8
Sprinkle scallion in the soup basin, drop sesame oil and pepper.

Step 9
Put the cooked tofu soup into the soup basin.
