Golden phoenix tail shrimp: the shrimp meat is white, the tail shell is bright red, looks like phoenix tail, and the color is gorgeous.


400g shrimp
Half a bowl of bread bran
Half a spoonful of pepper
2 eggs
Half bowl starch
1 tablespoon cooking wine
2 slices of ginger
A little salt

Remove the head, shell and line of shrimp, leave the tail, add pepper, cooking wine, salt and ginger, stir well, put aside and marinate
