There is a garlic flavored chicken leg shop near my home. It tastes very good, but it’s a pity that it’s a little spicy. Little guys who love meat stare at us every time. On a rainy weekend, I happened to have several wings in the refrigerator at home. I wanted to try it myself. I didn’t expect it to be quite successful. Let’s record it~
Ingredients
6 wing roots or chicken legs
Proper oil
Half a teaspoon of salt
3 cloves garlic
A bar of ginger
Half a teaspoon of pepper
A tablespoon of raw soy sauce
Half tablespoon cooking wine
Half a spoonful of chicken essence
Proper flour
Directions
Step 1
Wash the wing root, draw a knife obliquely to the thick meat on the chopping board, and then turn to the back to draw the same knife, so as to marinate and taste.
Step 2
Cut the ginger into small pieces and smash the garlic. Cut it off. Place the shaved wing root in the container, add half a teaspoon of salt, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of chicken essence and half a teaspoon of pepper, sprinkle the cut ginger and garlic, and mix well to fully taste.
Step 3
After mixing, cover the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours. I marinate at noon and fry at night. I have time to turn it around. It's very delicious.
Step 4
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat over medium heat.
Step 5
Take a small plate and pour in a little flour. Don't have too much flour. It won't be enough to be replenished later. There's too much to use and waste. Evenly wrap the wing roots one by one with flour and put them into the oil pan.
Step 6
I put less oil, submerge my wings, and turn it a little more frequently. After the fried color is burnt yellow, you can take a fruit knife to cut some meat to see if there is still blood in it. Each one is cut a little or two, which is also convenient for frying.
Step 7
Deep fry it until it's cooked. Take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
