This is a net red dish learned online. It’s very simple and tastes light. I’m tired of eating fish and meat during the Chinese New Year. I happen to have a refreshing dish, and the golden one is also very festive. I wish everyone a full house of gold and jade.

Ingredients

1 piece of tofu
2 eggs
Appropriate amount of scallion
Proper amount of black sesame (cooked)
1 tsp salt
A little pepper
Proper amount of corn starch

Directions

Step 1
A piece of tender tofu.

Step 2
Cut into about half the size of mahjong, about 5mm thick, not too thick, not easy to taste.

Step 3
Pour in an appropriate amount of corn starch, stick some starch on the surface of tofu, and fry it later. It's crispy and delicious. The same is true for raw meal without corn starch. Or don't bother.

Step 4
Beat two eggs into a bowl and stir well.

Step 5
Add a spoonful of salt, a small amount of pepper and stir well.

Step 6
Two or three shallots, only the green part, chopped.

Step 7
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the non stick pot and heat it over medium heat to a slight heat.

Step 8
Put the tofu in the pot one by one. Be careful, or the tofu will break easily. Fry slowly over medium low heat.

Step 9
Turn the tofu upside down after frying it a little yellow on one side.

Step 10
After the tofu is fried on both sides, pour in the egg liquid.

Step 11
Sprinkle the scallion before the egg liquid solidifies.

Step 12
Sprinkle a little black sesame.

Step 13
Just wait until the egg solidifies. Note that the fire should not be too large, otherwise the bottom is scorched and the surface is not cooked. You can cover the pot and stew.

Step 14
After the surface of the egg liquid solidifies, it's ready. Plate it.
