1 piece of tofu
2 eggs
Appropriate amount of scallion
Proper amount of black sesame (cooked)
1 tsp salt
A little pepper
Proper amount of corn starch

A piece of tender tofu.

Cut into about half the size of mahjong, about 5mm thick, not too thick, not easy to taste.

Pour in an appropriate amount of corn starch, stick some starch on the surface of tofu, and fry it later. It's crispy and delicious. The same is true for raw meal without corn starch. Or don't bother.

Beat two eggs into a bowl and stir well.

Add a spoonful of salt, a small amount of pepper and stir well.

Two or three shallots, only the green part, chopped.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the non stick pot and heat it over medium heat to a slight heat.
