400g black bean sprouts
200g pork tenderloin
100g sweet potato vermicelli
50g leek
5 cloves garlic
3 dried peppers
5g salt
15g soy sauce
3 grams of soy sauce
2 g starch
5g cooking wine
150 ml drinking water

Directions

Step 1
Soak the bean sprouts in salt water for 15 minutes, control the water, wash and cut the leeks into inch sections, slice the garlic, wash the dried pepper and remove the seeds for standby

Boil the sweet potato vermicelli, remove and control the water. Shred the tenderloin, add 2G salt, 5g organic soy sauce, 2G starch and 5g cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat the pan, put more peanut oil in it, fry the marinated shredded meat quickly, and then put it out for standby

Saute garlic slices and dried pepper with the remaining oil at the bottom of the pot
