Fried vermicelli with Scallion

Ingredients

70g onion
25g scallion
Proper soy sauce
Proper blending oil

Directions

Step 1
Cut the onion and green onion into small pieces and set aside;

Step 2
First mix sausage powder with soy sauce to taste better;

Step 3
Heat the oil in the frying pan and saute the onions;

Step 4
Pour down the vermicelli and stir fry;

Step 5
Stir fry the scallions;

Step 6
Pour down the scallion and stir fry with a little soy sauce;

Step 7
Stir fry until it tastes well and then come out of the pot.
