It’s a very homely dish, and the ingredients can be bought everywhere. Cabbage is crispy, vermicelli is smooth, and with fragrant pork, this dish is enough~
100g sweet potato vermicelli
50g streaky pork
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
5 dried peppers
1 tsp black bean sauce
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken powder
Step 1Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash and control the water
Step 2Slice streaky pork and black bean sauce, and cut some green onions and ginger for use. (if dry pepper likes to eat spicy, you can break it off. My family can't eat too spicy, so I didn't break it off.)
Step 3Put the sweet potato vermicelli into boiling water and cook for a few minutes until there is no hard core.
Step 4Put the cooked sweet potato vermicelli into cold water to prevent adhesion.
Step 5Put the bottom oil in the pot and stir fry the sliced pork
Step 6Stir fry until the streaky pork changes color and spits out oil. Add chopped green onion, ginger, dry pepper and Douchi to stir fry until fragrant
Step 7Stir fry the seasoning and add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Step 8Stir fry pork and color it
Step 9After coloring the streaky pork, put in the cabbage with controlled water content
Step 10Stir fry until the cabbage softens slightly, add the dried sweet potato vermicelli and stir fry evenly.
Step 11Add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, a little salt and chicken powder
Step 12Stir fry again and turn off the heat
