Ingredients
300g spinach
200g shrimp
1g pepper
3 G refined salt
5g ginger
1g raw meal
20ml edible oil

Step 1
Fresh spinach, remove the old leaves, cut off the old roots and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Shrimp, clean the shrimp line, wash and drain the water.

Add shredded ginger, pepper and cornflour, grasp well by hand and marinate for 10 minutes.
