Fried shredded potatoes with oil-free powder
Among the vegetarian dishes, I like potatoes best. It’s the first time to eat hot and sour potato shreds, French fries, potato cakes and stewed potatoes.

400g potatoes100g flour
3 g salt
1g black pepper
20G chives

Step 1
Prepare ingredients: potatoes, flour, chives, etc;

Shred potatoes, very fine shreds, soak them in salt water for 5 minutes, take them out and drain the water;
