Fried sauerkraut


300g northeast pickled cabbage
11g scallion
2G ginger
70g streaky pork
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken powder
1 tablespoon lard (suet)
1 tablespoon mixed oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce


Step 1
Remove the root of sauerkraut, divide into pieces, wash and control water.
