250 g rice
Moderate amount of green vegetables
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tsp steamed fish and soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Step 1Slice the sausage and soak it in water for half an hour.
Step 2Apply a thin layer of oil to the bottom of the casserole.
Step 3Wash the rice, put it into a casserole and bring to a boil.
Step 4Turn the heat down and cook until the water dries quickly. The rice is eight mature. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5Sliced mushrooms.
Step 6Open the medium heat again and simmer for two minutes. Quickly add the cut sausage and mushrooms.
Step 7Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of salad oil along the edge of the pan.
Step 8Place the casserole obliquely, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the casserole every 1 or 2 minutes to make it heated evenly.
Step 9Another pot of boiling water, add a small amount of oil and salt, blanch vegetables.
Step 101 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of steamed fish soy sauce or fish sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, half a bowl of water, boil to make sauce.
Step 11Add the blanched vegetables, cover and simmer for 1 minute, then drizzle with sauce.
