Ingredients

250 g rice
1 sausage
4 mushrooms
Moderate amount of green vegetables
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tsp steamed fish and soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Directions

Step 1
Slice the sausage and soak it in water for half an hour.

Step 2
Apply a thin layer of oil to the bottom of the casserole.

Step 3
Wash the rice, put it into a casserole and bring to a boil.

Step 4
Turn the heat down and cook until the water dries quickly. The rice is eight mature. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5
Sliced mushrooms.

Step 6
Open the medium heat again and simmer for two minutes. Quickly add the cut sausage and mushrooms.

Step 7
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of salad oil along the edge of the pan.

Step 8
Place the casserole obliquely, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the casserole every 1 or 2 minutes to make it heated evenly.

Step 9
Another pot of boiling water, add a small amount of oil and salt, blanch vegetables.

Step 10
1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of steamed fish soy sauce or fish sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, half a bowl of water, boil to make sauce.

Step 11
Add the blanched vegetables, cover and simmer for 1 minute, then drizzle with sauce.
