I had a pot rice at Laowang’s pork tripe chicken house. It’s really good. It’s so powerful that my picky husband has been subdued. So I think I’ll try it at home. Although I don’t remember what the materials are, I’ll match it with gourd and gourd. The taste is OK. My husband thinks it’s not a kind of flavor that can’t be compared

Ingredients

170 grams of rice
Half a sausage
How many broccoli
A little vegetable oil
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tbsp steamed fish and soy sauce
A little sugar
1 / 4 tsp black pepper
Half teaspoon salt
A little sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Wash the rice and soak in water for half an hour

Step 2
Sausages cooked, broccoli cooked and ready to use

Step 3
Oil the bottom of the pot, pour the rice into the pot, add a little salt, open the fire, cover and bring to a boil. Turn it into a low fire. When the rice is ripe, put on the sausage and beat in the eggs. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Step 4
Mix oyster sauce, steamed fish, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, add a little cold water to mix. Put on Broccoli (if you don't want to eat soft eggs, you can wait until the eggs are ripe and then pour on the sauce). Pour on the sauce, cover and cook for about one minute. Turn off the heat. Just a few more minutes.

Step 5
Bibimbap
