If you’re tired of fried rice with eggs, add some roses to fry it. The rice inside has the smell of roses. It’s still very special.


300g rice
2 eggs
80g carrots
10g scallion
5g roses
3 g salt
5ml raw extract


Step 1
Prepare a bowl of leftover rice.

Step 2
Peel and wash carrots, cut them into strips, and then dice them.

Step 3
Break up the egg mixture with two eggs.

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid into the pot, fry the eggs until they are cooked and broken, and then put them out.

Heat the pot with some oil, add garlic, rice and scallion, and saute until fragrant.

Pour in diced carrots and stir fry.

Step 7
Stir fry diced carrots until they are discolored and soft. Pour the remaining rice into the pot.

After the rice is fried soft, pour the previously fried eggs back into the pot. Stir fry continuously with a spatula to spread the rice grains. Add an appropriate amount of salt, roses and raw soy sauce and mix evenly.

Step 9
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry rose petals on the upper layer of the fried rice after coming out of the pot and break it up.
