One doesn’t know when to eat at home. A stir fried potato chip with spicy cabbage and a large bowl of rice are really not a good choice.


1 potato
2 tablespoons spicy cabbage
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
1 small scallion
5 slices of streaky pork
2 cloves garlic


Step 1
Wash the potato slices with water to remove the surface starch, cut the scallion into scallion flowers, and cut the garlic into minced garlic. Slice streaky pork and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper or other spices. Put the spicy cabbage on the plate.

Step 2
After the pot is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add scallion and garlic, saute until fragrant, add streaky pork and stir fry.

Step 3
Add potatoes and stir fry until the pork changes color.

Add spicy cabbage and stir fry for a moment. Add an appropriate amount of water to simmer and stew. After the water is dry, add an appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to taste and then serve.
