Fried pork tenderloin with shredded pumpkin
200g tender pumpkin
200g pork tenderloin
15g salad oil
10ml cooking wine
5ml raw extract
10g persimmon pepper
Step 1Get the pumpkin ready.
Step 2Wash and shred the tender pumpkin.
Step 3Shredded ginger, diced green onion, shredded green pepper, set aside.
Step 4Cut minced garlic and set aside.
Step 5Slice the tenderloin into a bowl, add cooking wine and starch, and scratch well.
Step 6Put the pan on fire and add salad oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded ginger and scallion and fry until fragrant.
Step 7Then add the tenderloin and stir fry evenly.
Step 8When the tenderloin is discolored, cut it with a spatula, which can be easily cut to rot. when it is rotten, add raw soy sauce and turn it over evenly.
Step 9Add shredded pumpkin and stir fry evenly.
Step 10Stir fry for about 2 minutes, add salt and stir fry for about half a minute.
Step 11Add minced garlic and stir fry for about half a minute.
Step 12Add green pepper when it is about 9 ripe.
Step 13Then stir fry for about 2 minutes and put it on a plate.
