Fried pork tenderloin with shredded pumpkin

Ingredients

200g tender pumpkin
200g pork tenderloin
15g salad oil
2G salt
5g scallion
10g ginger
10g garlic
10ml cooking wine
5ml raw extract
6G starch
10g persimmon pepper

Directions

Step 1
Get the pumpkin ready.

Step 2
Wash and shred the tender pumpkin.

Step 3
Shredded ginger, diced green onion, shredded green pepper, set aside.

Cut minced garlic and set aside.

Slice the tenderloin into a bowl, add cooking wine and starch, and scratch well.

Put the pan on fire and add salad oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded ginger and scallion and fry until fragrant.

Then add the tenderloin and stir fry evenly.

When the tenderloin is discolored, cut it with a spatula, which can be easily cut to rot. when it is rotten, add raw soy sauce and turn it over evenly.

Add shredded pumpkin and stir fry evenly.

Stir fry for about 2 minutes, add salt and stir fry for about half a minute.

Add minced garlic and stir fry for about half a minute.
