Spring bamboo shoots and broad beans are my favorite dishes. Take advantage of spring to eat such seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

Proper amount of thunder bamboo shoots
Appropriate amount of broad bean
Appropriate amount of carrot
Appropriate amount of pork stuffing
Proper amount of salt
Half a green onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Laoganma sauce
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Proper peanut oil

Directions

Step 1
After the bamboo shoots are peeled, boil them in boiling water, rinse them with cold water and slice them. The broad beans are also boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes. After removing the fishy smell of the beans, rinse them with cold water, and slice half a carrot for standby.

Step 2
Saute scallions and garlic until fragrant, add fried minced meat and Laoganma sauce, and then add carrots to stir fry.

Step 3
Add bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Step 4
Add broad beans, stir fry, add salt and chicken essence, stir fry for several times and bring out of the pot.
