Fried melon lumps


200g flour
1 teaspoon salt
Moderate amount of blended oil
2 eggs


Step 1
Remove the pistil of pumpkin flower, wash it, chop it and set aside.

Step 2
Take flour into a small bowl, knock in two eggs, add appropriate amount of cold water, mix well into a thin paste, add chopped pumpkin flowers and a little salt, mix well and set aside.

Step 3
Put a little peanut oil in the pot. When the pot is hot, pour in the pumpkin paste of palm size.

Step 4
After one side is fried into shape, the other side is turned over and fried. After both sides are golden, it can be taken out for consumption.
