Fried melon lumps

Step 1Remove the pistil of pumpkin flower, wash it, chop it and set aside.
Step 2Take flour into a small bowl, knock in two eggs, add appropriate amount of cold water, mix well into a thin paste, add chopped pumpkin flowers and a little salt, mix well and set aside.
Step 3Put a little peanut oil in the pot. When the pot is hot, pour in the pumpkin paste of palm size.
