Fried meat with water bamboo

Ingredients

200g Zizania latifolia
150g pork
50g red pepper
Right amount of onion
10g raw soy sauce
5 grams of soy sauce
20G starch
3 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel the head and tail of Zizania latifolia

Step 2
Cut bamboo shoots and pork into shreds

Step 3
Marinate pork with salt, raw and old soy sauce and starch

Step 4
Put the hot oil in the pot and stir fry the shredded meat. Remove and set aside

Step 5
In another pot, pour in water bamboo, red pepper and salt

Step 6
Add proper amount of water and pour into shredded meat

Step 7
Add scallions and stir fry evenly
