This is the characteristic of my husband’s family. In the past, I didn’t like bamboo shoots. I always felt a drum flavor, but the bamboo shoots brought from the countryside were particularly delicious and liked them very much.

Ingredients

Proper dried bamboo shoots
Proper amount of pork
Appropriate amount of garlic
Proper soy sauce
Proper amount of salt

Directions

Step 1
Dry bamboo shoots, soak hair, squeeze dry, shred

Step 2
Heat the oil in a hot pot. First add the pork and fry until it is mature. Filter the oil and set aside

Fried garlic

Step 4
Add shredded bamboo shoots and stir fry

Step 5
Add pork and stir fry well

Step 6
Season with soy sauce and salt

Step 7
Stir fry evenly and you can come out of the pot
