On hot days, I often have no appetite for meals, especially in the face of all kinds of meat. I don’t feel greedy in winter. I don’t even feel tired of eating several pieces. Now, I bought a piece of meat and ate it for several days. It’s vegetarian. I eat it in different ways every day.


50g carrot
100g long beans
50g streaky pork
10g garlic
Appropriate amount of edible oil
3 g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2G chicken powder


Step 1
Wash and dice the beans and carrots respectively, peel the streaky pork, wash and slice the streaky pork. Friends who don't like streaky pork can change it into beef or lean meat, marinate it in slices, fry it again, pat the garlic petals flat, peel and chop;

Step 2
Pour oil into a hot pot, stir fry pork, stir fry oil, pour minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Step 3
Pour in beans and diced carrots, keep the fire and stir fry quickly for a moment. If it is too dry, sprinkle an appropriate amount of water to moisten the pot to accelerate the softening of ingredients

Stir fry until the ingredients are ripe

Stir in soy sauce, salt, chicken powder and stir fry evenly
