During the Chinese new year, I’m tired of eating big fish and meat. Eating light cabbage and potatoes makes me feel more comfortable than eating meat. That’s how this cabbage is fried with mashed potatoes. Although it’s light, it’s delicious.
1 handful of cabbage
Proper amount of salt
Proper amount of pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 section onion
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Step 1Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them in a pot
Step 2Chop the cabbage, separate the stems and leaves, and chop the scallion and garlic
Step 3Heat the oil in a hot pot, add half of the scallion and garlic foam and chopped cabbage, and stir fry
Step 4Add potatoes and stir fry
Step 5While stir frying, press the potatoes into mud with a shovel
Step 6Add chopped cabbage leaves and continue to stir fry
Step 7Add salt and pepper, stir fry the remaining green onion and garlic until it tastes good, and then out of the pot.
