Fried lunch meat with garlic and carrot
My colleague gave me a can of lunch meat. It tastes fine and delicious. Add some vegetables at will and stir fry it in a simple and fast way.
Ingredients
Some pieces of lunch meatA spoonful of oil
Pinch of salt
100g garlic moss
A carrot
A few drops of raw soy sauce
Directions
Step 1
Shred the lunch meat, shred the carrot, and cut off the garlic stalk
Step 2
Boil a pot of water, scald garlic stalks and carrots, remove and drain the water
Step 3
Heat the oil pan, put the lunch meat in it and fry it slightly
Step 4
Shred the Scalded Vegetables in
Step 5
Stir fry slightly and add a little salt
Step 6
Add a few drops of raw soy sauce and stir fry evenly
Step 7
Eat while it's hot
