Winter tonic officially kicked off. African swine fever is very popular, and the price of meat is rising all the way like flying. Fortunately, the south is rich in aquatic products. In fact, for tonic, the nutrition of aquatic products is better than meat. Fish meat is high in protein, low in fat and contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, there is a saying among the people that “the turtledove in the sky and the loach on the ground” that “four legs are not as good as two legs, two legs are not as good as one leg, and one leg is not as good as no legs”. This legless food is fish.

Ingredients

400g loach
A handful of coriander
Two green and red peppers each
A few cloves of garlic
Proper oil
Proper amount of salt
A spoonful of chopped pepper

Directions

Step 1
The watch band of loach is yellow, which shows that the living environment of loach is relatively clean and pollution-free. The loach can spit out the sediment in its stomach after it is bought and raised with clean water for about a week. In this way, it has no fishy smell and is especially delicious. My family often buys more at a time and keeps it in a bucket. If you want to eat, you can catch a few loaches and fry them in a pot. It is very convenient. The loach has strong vitality and will not die for half a month.

Step 2
Heat the oil pan, put the loach into the pot and fry it slowly over a low fire until it turns brown. Don't turn it frequently when frying to avoid breaking. If the surface of the loach becomes hard after frying, it won't break. If you have time at the weekend, you can fry it more at a time. You can eat it in the refrigerator for a week.

Step 3
While frying the loach, we can deal with the side dishes. Peel the garlic and slice it. Wash the coriander and cut it into short segments. Cut the green and red pepper into oblique slices for standby.

Step 4
Grill the fried loach to the side of the pot, pour in garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add green and red pepper, and stir fry until slightly discolored.

Step 5
Sprinkle salt on the pepper to kill the water vapor.

Step 6
Mix pepper and loach and stir well.

Step 7
Put a spoonful of chopped pepper.

Step 8
Pour a little water along the edge of the pot, stir well and cook until delicious. (the fried loach is boiled with some water and stewed slightly, which is easier to taste. It tastes scorched and slightly soft waxy, which is especially good.)

Step 9
Sprinkle coriander and mix until the coriander is soft.
