This dish uses spiced bean skin rolls, commonly known as shredded tofu. No matter what the name is, it is soybean products. Soybeans are rich in nutrients and leeks are also of high nutritional value. They are simply fried and delicious as a healthy dish.

Ingredients

200g shredded tofu
100g leek
Proper oil
Proper amount of salt
Proper amount of ginger

Step 1
Wash the leeks and prepare the bean rolls

Step 2
Cut the leeks into inch segments

Step 3
Bean skin roll cut into silk

Step 4
Heat the oil pan, stir fry the minced ginger, stir fry the shredded tofu, and stir fry evenly with salt
