Yesterday, I received an express from Xinjiang. The long-awaited horse meat arrived. This is a heart from afar, former colleagues and today’s friends. It’s not so much looking forward to horse meat as looking forward to a miss who is on the way and will soon step into Suzhou. It’s very warm.

300g smoked horse meat
Half zucchini
Half a carrot
5g cooking wine
2 cloves garlic
2 garlic leaves
Proper oil
3 G shredded ginger
5g raw extract

Step 1
Prepare the required ingredients.

Step 2
Wash the horse meat and cut it into thin slices.

Step 3
Wash the carrots and cut them into slices.

Step 4
Cut the zucchini in half and slice it.

Step 5
Shred ginger, cut garlic leaves into small sections, and slice garlic petals.

Step 6
Pour some oil into the pot, heat it, add garlic and shredded ginger, and saute until fragrant.

Step 7
Then pour in horse meat slices, stir fry, and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Step 8
The smoked horse meat is almost cooked. Stir fry it for a while and you can get it out. It should not be stir fried for a long time, which will affect the taste.

Step 9
Leave the oil in the pan, add carrot slices and stir fry.

Step 10
Add zucchini and stir fry. Don't fry zucchini for a long time. It will be soft and rotten and affect the taste.

Step 11
Then add the fried horse meat and stir fry together.

Step 12
Pour in an appropriate amount of raw soy sauce and adjust the taste. Because the smoked horse meat has been salted, there is no need to put any more.

Step 13
Sprinkle garlic leaves when coming out of the pot and stir fry evenly.
