Fried green pepper with duck gizzard

Ingredients

200g duck gizzard
200g persimmon pepper
20G scallion
20G ginger

Directions

Step 1
Duck gizzards are cooked, picked up and sliced cold.

Step 2
Put the bottom oil in the pot, heat the oil, put ginger slices, saute the dry red pepper, then pour in the duck gizzard, add some soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes, then pour the green pepper.

Step 3
Pour in shredded green pepper and stir fry with a little salt.

Step 4
Stir over high heat for a few minutes.
