Balsam pear and eggplant are favorite vegetables, especially in summer.
1 balsam pear
10 g oil
20G soy sauce
3 G raw extract
1g black pepper
100g cooked pork
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Step 1Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2Wash the eggplant and cut it into hob pieces. Remove the pulp of balsam pear and cut it into thick pieces. Cut green and red peppers, onions and slices. Shred ginger and break garlic.
Step 3Heat the pot, add 2 teaspoons of oil, fry the eggplant slightly, and set aside.
Step 4Saute ginger and garlic in the remaining oil in the pot, pour in balsam pear and stir fry evenly.
Step 5Pour in the cooked pork and stir fry evenly.
Step 6Pour in the fried eggplant and stir fry evenly.
Step 7Add soy sauce, a little soy sauce, add some water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 8Pour in green and red peppers and onions, stir fry well, stir fry until raw, and season
