Fried eggplant


250g eggplant
50g color pepper
5g chopped scallion
3 G minced garlic
8ml edible oil
3 G raw extract
2 g salt
3 g Sugar


Step 1
Cut the three color pepper into strips

Step 2
Cut eggplant into strips

Step 3
Put the minced onion and garlic into the oil pan and stir fry over high heat. Add eggplant and stir fry for 2 minutes

Step 4
Add soy sauce, salt and sugar in turn and stir fry evenly

Step 5
Pour in colored pepper

Step 6
Stir fry for a while and then come out of the pot
