The small silverfish caught at home is tender and delicious, slim and crystal in color. It is rich in vitamins A, C and E, calcium and iron. The silverfish is stirred with egg liquid, fried and cooked. It tastes delicious.


100g silver fish
3 eggs
10g chives
3 g salt
3 g white pepper
Two tablespoons vegetable oil


Step 1
Wash the small silverfish.

Drain the water.

Wash and chop the shallots.

Add a little salt, white pepper and chives to the whitebait and stir evenly.
