A few drops of sesame oil
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon wet starch
1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 / 2 tbsp salt
1 / 2 tablespoon fresh vegetables
1 / 2 tbsp sugar

Onion slices

Sliced red pepper

Sliced green pepper

Add wet starch to the egg to break it up

Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the pot, pour in the egg liquid and fry into egg pieces
