In many ways of making steamed stuffed bun, my favorite is this Fried Bun. Fried bread in water is slightly different from the traditional steaming method. One is steaming through water, and the other is directly contacting water. This method has two flavors of pastry. The top is soft and the bottom is golden and crisp. Ingredients

500g pork
250g celery
30g scallion
30g ginger
A small amount of thirteen incense
A small amount of salt
15 ml sesame oil
1 piece of tofu milk
15ml raw extract
10ml oyster sauce
3 G yeast
A small amount of chicken powder
20ml blended oil

Directions

Step 1
Pork, ginger and scallions are ready;

Chop into meat paste;

Add salt, tofu milk, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices and sesame oil, and stir well in one direction;

Chop the celery, the finer the better, but don't chop it;

Put the cut celery into the pork and stir well;

This is a fermented dough;

Take out the dough and knead it for a while, then divide it into small dough and flatten it;

Roll the dough into a round skin, and then take some meat stuffing and put it in the middle of the dough;
