400g chicken breast
40g dry pepper
Proper amount of oil
1 g salt
15 grams of raw tobacco
5g oyster sauce
10g cooking wine
5g sugar
5g white vinegar
8g raw powder
8g sesame oil
0.3 g pepper
Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic


Step 1
Wash and dice the chicken breast, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and baking powder, then pour in sesame oil and marinate for a while

Cut the dried pepper into small sections and sift out some pepper seeds with vegetable basket; Cut onion, ginger and garlic well
