This is a simple version I made on the basis of Gongbao diced chicken. It tastes OK and my husband likes it.

200g chicken breast
1 cucumber
Peanuts in moderation
Proper amount of minced ginger
2 tbsp bean paste
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
Moderate salt
Appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate
1 teaspoon soft sugar

Step 1
Wash chicken breast and cut into strips.

Step 2
Cut the dice again.

Step 3
Add starch and size.

Step 4
Dice the cucumber.

Step 5
Hot pot, pour oil, add ginger powder, stir fry until fragrant, then pour in diced chicken, stir fry until seventy to eight, add cucumber, peanuts, then add bean paste, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, stir fry, because I like spicy, put a little dry pepper. When the soup is basically dry, add a little salt and MSG, stir fry it and you can get out of the pot.
