Fried Cucumber Strips with carrots
In summer, I just like to eat some vegetarians. Today, carrots don’t fry meat. It’s simple to match with cucumber silk. It’s red and green, beautiful and eye-catching.
Ingredients
A cucumberA carrot
A spoonful of oil
Pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1
Shred cucumber and carrot
Step 2
Boil a pot of water, blanch carrots in boiling water, remove and drain
Step 3
Both ingredients have been processed
Step 4
Heat the oil pan, stir fry the carrots thoroughly, add shredded cucumber and stir fry together for a while
Step 5
Pour in raw soy sauce and sprinkle with salt
Step 6
