In summer, I just like to eat some vegetarians. Today, carrots don’t fry meat. It’s simple to match with cucumber silk. It’s red and green, beautiful and eye-catching.


A cucumber
A carrot
A spoonful of oil
Pinch of salt


Step 1
Shred cucumber and carrot

Step 2
Boil a pot of water, blanch carrots in boiling water, remove and drain
